Project Experience

• An AU$15 billion project to increase the capacity of an existing coal port including the reclamation of land to build a new jetty.
o The scope included day to day management, variation assessment, progress claim assessment for earthworks contract portfolio which consisted of all civil works, roads and reclamation works.
• The expansion of infrastructure works at the Hope Downs Phase 4 Project in Pilbara, Western Australia.
o The scope included the detailed assessment and review of the construction quantum claims and delay assessment issued by the contractor on behalf of the owner of the works.
• The building of a laboratory to test coal at the Abbot Point Coal Terminal Laboratory Project, Bowen, Queensland.
o The scope included managing the contract for the construction of the single storey laboratory facility in the port as well as the contract administration.
• Construction of two fuel hubs including pump station for the West Angeles and Brockman Mines.
o The scope of the services was to assess quantum claims/variations that increased for one fuel hub and decreased for the other.

 

  • Transportation and installation of approximately 90 kilometres of 20-inch pipeline, both offshore and onshore, from Barrow Island to the Dampier Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline on Chevron Domgas Project.
  • Tunnel basement and shaft work for a 33-kilometre (21 mi) underground motorway in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The highway costs $3.8 billion.
    • The scope included the quantum evaluation and assessment of the concrete subcontractor’s claims on behalf of the JV. This included the detailed assessment of the variations submitted to ascertain the submission’s validity.
  • $2.5 billion expansion and renovation of existing facilities at the Perth International Airport T1 to accommodate the growing demand of passengers.
    • The scope included the detailed quantum assessment and take off of the tender and as-built drawings of all the structural
  • Renovation and upgrade of existing facilities at Whitsunday Airport.
